Packages

A consultation is needed to determine and assess fitness level before the design of a program. Personal Training program packages include healthy eating information. Recommended packages include sessions of 12 or more. Smaller packages are available. Single personal training sessions are also available. Nutrition Information packages can be purchased separately (does not include personal training). The length of a Personal Training session is 1-1 ½ hours.

The length of a Nutritional Information session is ½ hour. Designed Maintenance Program sessions/packages are available (length of session time can be flexible).
