  • Approval by your physician to participate in an exercise program (if answered YES to any questions on the Medical Questionnaire)
  • Responsible for showing up and arriving on time for each session
  • 24 hour notice needed prior to cancellation
  • Willing to follow training instructions and appropriate healthy eating information in order to achieve desired results
